The iSpeakMedia Foundation will round out the 4th annual National Media Literacy Week with The iSpeakMedia Screen-Free Family Game Night, hosted by Britannica!
What’s this all about?
In honor of Media Literacy Week, The iSpeakMedia Foundation invites families to come together for an evening of device-free, screen-free, face-to-face fun. Media literacy education focuses on helping us to better understand our relationship with media.
It’s often easier to gauge the presence of media in our lives by the experiencing the absence of it for a little while, so we’re inviting participants to disengage, back away from the screens, and enjoy some family play time.
FREE games, pizza, and prizes will be provided, but space is limited so RSVPs are required by 11:59 PM CT, November 2, 2018.
Who is the event for?
Kids and their families! All children, tweens, and teens must be accompanied by at least one parent or their legal guardian. All parents must be in the company of their kiddos! For questions about any other possible family configuration, please contact The iSpeakMedia Foundation at email@example.com.
When and where is this happening?
Friday, November 9, 2018
5:00-8:00 PM CT
325 N. La Salle Street, Suite 200
Chicago, IL 60654
